Monthly Service

All of our calling plans automatically renew each month. Your signup date will start your first month, and your account will renew on that day each month after that. You may cancel at any time without penalty. To avoid being charged for an upcoming month, make sure that you cancel before the beginning of that month.

Additional Minute Charges: After you have exceeded your plan minutes, you will be charged the following rates for additional calls:

Frequently Called Zone: 7.9 cents per minute
International Zone: 2.5 cents per minute

Additional Calling Destinations:

Mobile lines in the following countries may be called for an additional charge of 14.9 cents per minute: Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Columbia, Dominican Republic, France, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Panama, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.

Mobile lines in the following countries may be called for an additional charge of 25 cents per minute: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chili, Croatia, Czech, Denmark, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Marianna, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romanian, Russia, San Marino, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Uruguay, and the US Virgin Islands.

Credit Limit: There is a limit on the amount of additional minute and out of plan calls that you can make. Consult this chart to get the credit limit for your plan.

Upgrading: If you realize you need more minutes, you can upgrade before you run out of minutes and we will charge you the difference between the new plan and your original purchase.

Unused Minutes: We reset your minutes at the beginning of each month, and do not roll unused minutes over from one month to the next. You may however share your minutes.

Share your account with family and friends

These plans can be shared across several phone numbers. If you would like to allow family, friends, or co-workers to use your minutes, you can add their numbers to the pinless dial for your account.

Our 30 day money back guarantee is for first time customers only. The money back guarantee only applies if you have not exceeded 50 minutes of in-plan usage and have signed up in the last 30 days. Any charges incurred for calls to out of plan countries or mobile numbers will not be refunded.
