If you are experiencing any problems making a call try the following steps;

1. Try our high capacity access number at 916-844-3333 to avoid busy signals.

2. Enter the phone you are calling from into your Pinless Dial settings by logging in and adding a pinless dial number.

3. Make sure you have minutes available. Log in and check your packaged minutes. Login here.

4. If you have no minutes, see if you have any credit available to make billable calls.

5. If you are still having calling issue, please contact us using the form below.

All Other Inquiries:

Requests for plan changes or cancels will take 48 hours to process.
