How to Make Your Call

Choose your plan and subscribe. Click the ACCESS # link in the top nav and then select the access number closest to you and dial it.

When the gateway answers, enter your International destination phone number using 011 for international calls and 1 + Area Code for calls to the US, Canada or Guam.

Step 3.

Wait a few moments for your call to ring through and then enjoy your call.

IMPORTANT: Mobile Users

DO NOT HIT SEND or the green call button to avoid mobile charges. Also do not pull your phone number from your phone's address book as it will automatically dial your call over the mobile carrier's network instead.

After dialing your International number, hitting Send, the green call button, flash button, or any other button causes some mobile carriers to either disconnect your call, or place your call on our network on hold while your mobile carrier dials your call on their network, placing the call over their network. Your mobile carrier will bill you at rates as high as $1.64 per minute. Similarly, pulling up your International destination phone number from your address book rather then keying in the number when our message prompts you to will cause your mobile carrier to override our network and place your call over their network instead.
